I rotate between 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. If it's nice outside, Logan and I go on a bike ride or a walk. Sometimes both. I need to do more strength training, though. I also have Biggest Loser DVDs. Thinking about taking some Zumba classes. Michael's cousin's wife just got certified as an instructor.
I do 20 minute DVD workouts in the morning before getting ready for work. I'm all about The Biggest Loser (especially Bob) so I rotate between low-impact cardio and strength & sculpt routines. We try to talk walks on weekends too, when the weather's nice.
