This week was MUCH better. I don't know why I popped up last week other than my indulgences - I am starting to fall back into the trap of eating "cause it's dinnertime" and not just because I'm hungry. I am glad to see another pound fall off (nearly 2 - awesome. The scale stopped at 127 but then crept up to 128.)
I think it's also due to my HARDA$$ riding lesson last night - my trainer is training a new horse and put me on him to help with his training. He is not quite finished as a cutting horse yet so I have to ride with 2 hands, which means NO hands to help me hold on! All I had to use were my legs so it was a bumpy ride, lol!
Not so good, I guess. I ate really pretty good this week. And I worked out more consistently. The only thing I can say is that I didn't weigh in on an empty stomach and I pigged out on a healthy blueberry oatmeal bake last night. And the last few days I've been ridiculously bloated. I think because of all the fiber I'm eating. I dunno. I'm not going to let it get me down. My guess is next week I'll drop a big number.
Kelly, don't feel bad. I will not be weighing in this morning. My whole week has been thrown off by the fact that Maya missed school on Monday and is off for conferences yesterday and today. I forgot to weigh in before I ate. I refuse to weigh in after I eat. I'll try to remember tomorrow.
In other news, I worked out 3 times this week and ate fairly well. Except for the darn halloween candy we picked up yesterday. I *had* to try one of everything...quality control, you know
Women fluctuate a lot... It's just a matter of life. Could have something to do with whereever you are in your cycle too.
GW: 165 by Christmas
Getting there, getting there... I expect maybe one or two more decent weeks and then it's going to be working toward my stretch goal and, more importantly, not jacking it up by Christmas, which is why I set my goal where I did! I am just thrilled to be back under 170 for the first time in too long. That also bumps me officially into the "good" range for my height rather than slightly overweight.
