I never thought i would love working out as much as i have been. I look forward to going to the gym. I love the feeling after a good workout, and hopefully soon i will start seeing some changes.
Im still about 6-7lbs away from my goal weight, i seem to be stuck here!
My eating habits havent been the best lately, i know this and have been trying my best to get back in. This week has been the worst, becuase DH was on vacation, and so we were out and about alot, and that mean a lot of eating out. Next week should be back to normal though!
Any other gym go-ers? What are some of your favorite workouts/machines, ect?
I currently can't afford a gym and I can really only swim at this point. I swim once or twice a day. I have a physical therapy consult at the VA on Monday. I will hopefully get some help then. I cannot wait! Maybe some day I will be able to work out at a gym too!
