I've been slacking on updates! Things are still going pretty good, though sometimes I feel like I'm slipping with my hardcore motivation. It's such a hard diet to stick to and still live your "normal" life and it seems as if we've had more parties and social "eating" gatherings than normal lately.
But I've lost 5 more lbs in the last 2 weeks - so I'm up to 33 lbs lost total! Last week - I can't believe I forgot to mention this...was a disaster of sorts.
I bought a case of soda for the week, which I thought was diet and turned out to be regular!! it was a new birch beer that someone recommended and I guess I just didn't check the label and it was so hot that I probably drank 2 cans/day for most of the week before I realized. So I consumed A LOT of extra sugar. Somehow I still managed to lose a pound - which I'll take considering it was also my birthday weekend.
And this week for some reason I have cheated a tiny bit EVERY day. Not much, and I'm still losing - but I know I'm interrupting the fat burning process with these little cheats and not losing as much as I could. I am vowing to be hardcore for the rest of the week, and the next 3 weeks before Florida though - i want to lose 12 more lbs by then!
