i'm having a really bad off night... DH is making me crazy.... we finally had sex and of course it was well ... how do i put this BAD!!!! of course i didnt get anythng basically he crawled on , got off anf crawled off. it took like 3 minutes .. yeah nice huh???

thanks Magan, the first 70 pounds i did by watching stickly watching what i put in my mouth, i didnt drink anything an hour befroe i ate or an hour after i ate, i also ate my protein first then veggies then fruit. no starchy stuff... i also exercised for 30 minutes everyday... and the 70 # came off in a little under 6 months. the last 90 pound si lsot by gastric bypass, and please dont let anyone lead you to eblieve that its an easy fix because i think having the surgery and dealing witht he after effects is alot harder fromth surgery than it was to jsut do it the old fashioned way... basically i made a decsion one day, the day i got the fmaily picture back that i post on here of my entire family and was stuckon the end and i did not realize how really big i had become i know i had put some weight on but i had gotten so big i would no longer get on the scales not even at the docs... if i can do it anyone caN!
