1lb Stew meat- cut in to smaller pieces fat trimmed
6-7 potatoes cut
Seasonings (3 bay leaves, 2 beef boullioun, garlic powder, onion powder (you can used diced onion if you like)
Season the meat with the powders, brown the meat in the oil ( just enough to cover your pan).Add enough water to cover the meat once brown, add rest of seasonings.
When water boils add potatoes and carrots. Cover, let simmer half hour enjoy. (Italian bread is good with this as well )
