1 (15 1/4 oz) can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14 3/4 oz) can cream style corn
1 (8oz) box corn muffin mix (recommended: Jiffy)
1 cup sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 to 1/12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
preheat oven to 350 degrees
in a large bowl, stir the corn, muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. pour into a greased casserole dish. bake for 45 min or until golden brown. remove from oven and top with cheese. return to oven for 5-10 minutes untill cheese is melted. let stand for at least 5-10 minutes and then serve while warm.
I just made corn casserole on Thanksgiving for the first time and loooooved it! My recipe's similar to this one but included 2 beaten eggs and left out the cheese. It was sooo good
