Okay, so this is my thing...so I don't have 1 cup of this and 1/2 cup of that type of instructions. But here is what I put in it:
*fresh baby spinach
*red grapes
*green grapes
*bite-sized cubes of apple
*sunflower seeds
*grated cheese (I usually use the pizza blend cheese)
*clementine slices
*sliced banana
Toss and add the dressing of your choice. I don't usually eat meat, but cubed chicken I bet would taste great with this salad as well. Enjoy!
