4 large unpeeled baking potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 to 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cut potatoes lengthwise into four wedges. Place skin side down in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture every 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes of baking. Yield: 4 servings.
