1 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. veg or peanut oil
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Mince fresh Cilantro (optional)
Whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and oil in med. mixing bowl until blended. Add honey, pepper flakes, garlic and pepper sauce and mix well. Spoon into small serving bowl. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with fresh vegetables. Yield: 10 servings (1 1/4 cups)
