YeS!!

20 oz (more or less) sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese

Sautee the mushrooms and onion in the butter until soft. Add in the breadcrumbs and the cheese, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

They taste like stuffed mushrooms but are virtually no work at all!!

Enjoy!

sorry-- I'm not much of a cook, but I did work in a restaurant for high school and college and picked up some of the lingo.

Sautee just means to fry in a pan, as opposed to deep frying.
