Twice Baked Sweet potatoes
4 Sweet potatoes
1 small orange, zested and juiced
2 tbs butter softened
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 tbs brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Heat oven to 450
Scoop flesh out of cooked potatoes.
Mash with zest and juice. 'Put into skins. Combine remaining ingred. Bake 5 more minutes until browned
