I just wanted to post this yummy recipe here to share with everybody. It is my favorite recipe and I think it would actually go very well with a Thanksgiving meal
Corn casserole recipe:
1 small onion - chopped
1 small green pepper - chopped
2 cans corn (drained)
1 can french style green beans (drained)
1 small container (8oz) sour cream
1 can of cream of Celery soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Then take 60 club crackers, crush them, sprinkle them over the corn casserole mixture. Melt a bit of butter and pour over the crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
