3 cups mashed potaoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/3 cups frenches fried onions
1 cup chedder cheese
Combine potatoes, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper, garlic powder in large bowl. Spoon half the mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle with half the onions and cheese Cover with remaining potatoes Bake at 350degrees 30 minutes or till hot Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake another 5-10 minutes or till golden brown.
Thanks soo much for getting back to me, I appreciate it. I pass reciepes on to my grandma and she's getting up there in age so I try to make it super clear for her. That's what I had figured about the casserole dish but wanted to check with you cooking guru's about it....lol
