Low Calorie Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 tsp onion powder
4 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
2 Tbsp green pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed. Place in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to six months. Shake well before measuring to prepare dressing.
Lo-Cal Dressing:
Mix 2 Tbsp dressing mix with 3/4 cup tomato juice (or V8), 4 Tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp horseradish. Shake until well blended. Chill before serving.
