1/2-3/4 C warm water
1 T dry yeast
1 t sugar
2 C flour
1/2 t salt
1 T oil
Combine 1/4 C water w/ yeast & sugar. Stir to dissolve yeast. Let stand until bubbly, about 5 mins. Put yeast mix, flour, oil & salt in bread machine set on dough setting. Run only for the kneading cycles (or you can mix & knead by hand).
Place on floured surface & let rest 10 mins.
Pat out, spread w/ pizza sauce, add cheese & toppings.
Bake at 425* for 15-20 mins or until crust is golden & cheese is bubbly.
