10 C flour
1/3 C baking powder
1/4 C sugar
2 C shortening
2 t salt
Using a pastry blender, blend all ingredients. Store in airtight container 6 weeks at room temperature or 6 mos in the freezer.
To use: Biscuits
2 C all purpose baking mix
1/3 C milk
Mix until just moist. Knead gently on lightly floured surface till just together. Pat to 1/2 inch thickness & cut. Bake in preheated 450* oven 8-10 mins.
