I need some ideas for dinner. I am coming up with nothing new. And Im kindof tired of the same old same old.
I love pork chops & chicken, but we have a bunch of hamburger I need to get rid of so any ideas for that would be lovely.
If you have recipes that would be great! TIA

Tacos are kindof a same old same old thing. Meatloaf Im thinking of doing since I have a good recipe for a pizza flavored one (with pizza sauce & mozzarella cheese). From there I have spaghetti & meat gravy sauce stuff, but then I run out of ideas.

OK. it is really easy, and suprisingly really good. You make spegetti like normal ( I like to cook my meat in Lipton Onion soup mix) and mix it together and put it in hard taco shells. Add cheese to the top and viola! I never got around to it cause its been months since I made them but I think lettuce would be good with it too.

The one I have uses egg noodles and cream of mushroom soup, topped with cheese. Veggies ofcourse. That sounds yummy!

My mom makes it and I like it. When I first heard about it I thought it wouldn't be, it wasn't bad. I haven't tried making it myself though since Jason is a picky eater and I downsize meal portions for me and the boys.

Taco rice is 1 of our favorite beef recipes. All you need is:
1 lb ground beef,
white rice,
lettuce,
shredded mexican cheese (or cheddar),
tomatoes (or salsa) and
1 packet of taco seasoning.
1. Cook the ground beef and add the taco seasoning (follow taco seasoning packet).
2. Make the white rice.
3. Dish out the food. Starting with the cooked white rice on the bottom of your plate. Add The flavored taco seasoned meat and then add the cheese so the cheese melts on top of the warm meat. Then add the lettuce and tomato (or salsa). We call this recipe Taco Rice and it sounds funny but it is soooo yummy !

Love shepherds pie here too! I do baked beans and onion mixed in with the beef and top with potatoes (Ore Ida makes the microwave ones now), cook for 30 minutes, top with cheese and cook for another 10 minutes. My mom makes the best!
Chili is always good! I use allrecipes.com and they have a recipe called It's Chili by George I can make in the slow cooker.
How about taco soup too?
