Preheat oven to 385. Make a pouch in the chicken. Mix cream cheese and herbs until well blended. Put cream cheese mixture into chicken. Push chicken back together to keep cream cheese in. Wrap with raw bacon - 2 slices each. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Cook 45-60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink on the inside...
tips: can use chive flavored cream cheese in place of regular cream cheese and herbs...tastes better in my opinion!
