ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 oz cream cheese
herbs (chives, sage, etc)
8 slices bacon
salt/pepper
1-1.5 tbsp oil or butter

Preheat oven to 385. Make a pouch in the chicken. Mix cream cheese and herbs until well blended. Put cream cheese mixture into chicken. Push chicken back together to keep cream cheese in. Wrap with raw bacon - 2 slices each. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil or melted butter. Cook 45-60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink on the inside...

tips: can use chive flavored cream cheese in place of regular cream cheese and herbs...tastes better in my opinion!

This is easy, and delicious! And low carb, too, if you are watching those carbs!

bacon wrapped roast turkey is a good thing too. You just remove the bacon of course but it adds a nice profile to the turkey

There is another version of this where you use cream of garlic and musroom soup and add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Super yummy...i serve it with rice.
