20 Minute Teriyaki Steak & Brown Rice Dinner

1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips (I buy the meat already cut up for stir fry at the grocery store)
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup peanuts or cashews (optional)



HEAT 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned.
ADD 1-1/2 cups water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
STIR in rice, broccoli and peanuts. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

30 Minute Taco Bake
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (16.35 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Soft Taco Dinner
3/4 cup water
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided


PREHEAT oven to 350F. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SPRAY 12x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Line dish with 6 of the Tortillas; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Spoon seasoned meat over cheese; top with remaining tortillas. Drizzle with Taco Sauce.
BAKE 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Beef Enchiladas Ole
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up, divided
1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, divided
12 flour tortillas


BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Add half of the process cheese product and 1/2 cup of the salsa; cook until process cheese product is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
SPOON slightly less than 1/4 cup of the meat mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up. Place tortillas, seam sides down, in microwavable baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup salsa and process cheese product; cover.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until process cheese product is melted.

Cheesy Rice

2 cups water
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
8 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles



BRING water to boil. Stir in rice and 2% Milk Singles.
COOK and stir until 2% Milk Singles are melted; cover.
REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir.

Cheesy Roast Beef Melt
1 onion roll, split
1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
2 oz. sliced roast beef (about 2 deli slices)


SPREAD cut sides of roll with dressing, then mustard. Fill with 2% Milk Singles and meat.
WRAP sandwich in paper towel.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 to 35 sec. or until 2% Milk Singles are melted.

Cheesy Spinach Soup

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. soft reduced calorie margarine
2 cups fat free milk
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Dash pepper



MELT margarine in 2-quart saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.
ADD remaining ingredients; cook on low heat until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

Chicken Rice Gumbo
3 cans (14-1/2 oz. each)reduced sodium chicken broth
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (15 oz.)whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, no salt added, undrained, chopped
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup MINUTE Premium White Rice, uncooked
PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, any variety


HEAT all ingredients except rice and crackers in large saucepan on medium-high heat to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 15 minutes.
STIR in rice; simmer an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Serve with crackers.

Family-Size Pizza Calzone
2 cans (10 oz. each) refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1-1/2 oz. sliced OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
1/3 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese



PREHEAT oven to 375F. Unroll 1 pizza crust onto greased baking sheet. Gently stretch crust to 12x10-inch rectangle.
SPREAD crust evenly with pizza sauce to within 1 inch of edge of crust. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and remaining mozzarella cheese. Reserve 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese; sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over mozzarella cheese. Top with second pizza crust; crimp edge with fork to seal. Sprinkle with reserved 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until evenly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with additional heated pizza sauce, if desired.

Fun Taco Cups

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese



PREHEAT oven to 400F. Brown meat; drain. Add seasoning mix; prepare as directed on package.
PRESS biscuits onto bottoms and up sides of 10 medium muffin pan cups; fill with seasoned meat.
BAKE 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, if desired.
