I made this the other night when I was strapped for time (and ingredients). It turned out GREAT! My family even said they'd like to have it again sometime!

All you need is:

4-6 frozen chicken breasts (from the zippy bag; Tyson makes them too, but I use the store brand)
4-6 TBSP of Ken's steakhouse Sweet Vidalia Onion salad dressing
Pam (or crisco) spray

All you do is:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line baking pan with foil and spray with pam
Place frozen chicken in the pan
spread 1/2 TBSP of dressing on each breast

Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. At this time, turn the breasts and spread another 1/2 TBSP dressing on them. Put back in the oven and cook until the internal temp is at least 165 degrees! The dressing is normally a milky white color, but as it cooks it almost caramelizes and makes a glaze. It's a little tangy, and sweet. It's really good!

It's that easy! I sliced them up and served them over white rice and had a veggie on the side. They are tasty and super easy!

I'm sure you could use fresh chicken breasts, but you'd have to adjust the times for them. And I'm not sure what to adjust them to.
