1 Rotisseri chicken(from any grocery store)
1red bell pepper(cut into strips)
1onion (cut into strips on chopped)
1stalk celery(chopped or strips)
1.... 28ounce can chopped or ground tomatoes
1..... 6ounce can tomato paste
1....can chicken broth
1lb pasta( I use penne or spaghetti)
Shred chicken using fingers put aside, add all veggies to frying pan with 1tbs oil, fry about 2-3 mins, add tomatoes and paste, and broth.....stir all together, add chicken, and serve over pasta! YUM! serve with parm cheese...
