Pork Chops - 6
Can diced tomatoes
2 cans of little mushrooms
Tony cacheres or tex joy
Garlic (1/2 TBSP)
Flour (if needed)
1/2 cup water
-Brown pork in skillet with oil
-Add vegetables to skillet & 1/2 cup water
-Add texjoy or tony cacheres, pepper, garlic, salt
-Turn low for 45 minutes with lid on
-Check thickness of gravy & add flour to thicken if needed
