3 LBS. crawfish tails
2 1/2 large onions chopped
1 1/2 bell peppers chopped
3 stalks of celery chopped
3 TBSP. garlic
1 can Rotel tomatoes
5 packages of spaghetti sauce mix
1 stick butter, melted
9-10 bay leaves
Sautee vegetables in butter
When tender add can of Rotel tomatoes, 4 cups water, packages of spaghetti sauce & bay leaves. Stir Well.
Add crawfish & 2 cups of water. Simmer for 20 minutes, then taste. Add Tony's to taste. If sauce is too watery, thicken with corn starch (3 TBSP. corn starch & hot water thinned). Simmer on low until ready to serve over rice.
