1 1/2lb lean ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
2T tomato paste
1/2 cup fat free sour cream (I've used plain FF yogurt as well)
2 1/4 cups water
Brown hamburger in a large skillet and drain. Stir in onion soup mix and water. Mix tomato paste and flour, then stir in with beef. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until well blended. Serve over noodles.
Low cal and very yummy, not to mention a really quick meal to throw together! I like to make peas and stir them into the beef mixture after the sour cream for extra color and taste.
