Baked Swiss Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2lbs)
1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 C white wine or chicken broth
6 slices swiss cheese
1 C crushed season croutons
Place chicken in a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. In a bowl, combine the soup and wine (or chicken broth); pour over chicken, top with cheese and sprinkle with croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 350* 35-40mins or until chicken juices run clear.6 servings
