8oz of rotrini or fusilli pasta uncooked
1 7-81/2 oz jar of sundried tomatoes in oil...drained (reserve oil)
1 pkg of 10 oz spinach (fresh) or 1 10oz frozen spinach thawed
1-2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 C of Shredded Asiago Cheese
cook pasta according to directions, adding tomatoes and spinach during last minute of cooking time....drain. ss with reserved oil and remaining ingredients
(I like to put the clove(s) of garlic in the oven for 5-7 minutes on about 400 then smash and add) the flavor is much better
