*another Weight Watchers recipe I can't remember the points too...it tastes like BBQ chicken.
4 skinless chicken breast
1 cup ketchup
1 12oz.diet cola
Place chicken in non-stick skillet.
Pour ketchup and cola over it. Bring to a
boil-cover and reduce heat-cook 30-45 mins.
Good Add ins and substitutions are as follows: Add in 1 cup of minute rice in the last 10 minutes of cooking for a complete meal. Also some onions and peppers are a good addition. You may substitute Salsa for the ketchup. This also is great with that new ketchup with a kick. With ketchup 5pts per serving with salsa 4 pts.
