1 loaf (1lb) frozen bread/pizza dough, thawed
2 eggs, separated
1 T grated parmesan cheese
1 T olive or vegetable oil
1 t minced fresh parsley
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper
8oz sliced pepperoni
2 C (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (4oz) mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1/4 to 1/2 C pickled pepper rings (banana peppers)
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 can (15oz) pizza sauce
On a greased baking sheet, roll out dough into a 15" x 10" rectangle. In a bowl combine the egg yolks, parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Brush over the dough. Sprinkle w/ pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepper rings, green pepper, and olives. Roll up jelly roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under.
Place seam side down; brush with egg whites. Do not let rise. Bake at 350* 35-40mins or until golden brown. Warm the pizza sauce, serve with sliced loaf.
