1 lb ground meat (we use turkey, but the recipe calls for beef)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 (8 in) flour tortillas or 8 (6 in) corn tortillas, cut into 1 in pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cook ground meat in skillet until browned. drain. add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Mix. Pour into 2 qt baking dish (I used an 8 in square dish). Cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle on remaining cheese...allow to melt. Serve.
