12 oz Penne pasta
1 lb italian sausage (I use mild)
1 C chopped onion
2 t olive oil
1 can (15oz) Italian style tomato sauce
1 can (15oz) diced tomato & garlic
2 C shredded mozzarella
1 can (8oz) tomato paste
Cook pasta according to pkg directions; drain. Cook sausage & onion in oil in large skillet over medium high heat, 5 mins; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, tomateo paste, & 1/2 C water (or chicken broth or white wine). Cook, stirring occassionally, 10 mins. Combine pasta & sauce in 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Cover & bake in 350* oven 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
