1 (16oz) box tube pasta (penne, ziti)
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
1lb mild or hot italian sausage (not in links, bulk!)
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t italian seasoning (because I think prepared spaghetti sauces are too bland)
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1-2 C mozzarella cheese
Brown sausage, garlic, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and onion, until sausage is no longer pink and onion is translucent. Drain. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Mix hot pasta, sauce, and sausage mixture. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350&* oven 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted & bubbly.
