1 can low fat chicken broth
1 18oz jar peach preserves
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp yellow mustard
3 1/2 to 4lb boneless Pork Sirloin Roast
2 tbspCornstarch (optional)
2 tbsp water (optional)
Mix broth, preserves, onion, and mustard in slow cooker. Add pork and try to coat it in mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or till done.
(Optional) After cooking pork, remove from cooker. Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of water and stir into cooker. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes or till mixture boils and thickens. This will make a thicker sauce! ENJOY!
