1 large steak, cut into strips
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 carrots, peeled and coined OR 1 small can sliced carrots
8 ounces regular or low-fat sour cream
Place all except sour cream in a crockpot sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Stir gently, cover and cook on low 4-6 hours until meat and carrots are cooked. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of cold water 1 hour before serving. One ˝ hour before serving, add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles with a salad and corn.
Reminds me a little of beef stroganoff. This is also good w/out the sour cream, or with other vegetables.
