These go great with minute rice or instant mashed potatoes and a salad. The hard work is done when you get home at the end of the day, 5 minutes and you'll be chowing down!
Short ribs, enough to fit into your crock pot
1 cup flour
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup water
1 cup beer
1/2 cup chopped onions (I just dump in one package of onion soup mix)
Combine flour, oregano, parsley, salt, and garlic powder. Dredge ribs in mixture to coat. Over medium heat, brown ribs on all sides in hot oil. Drain well and place in crock pot. Add onion, water, and beer. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6.
