1 bottle of barbeque sauce ( we like Hickory flavor)
1 pork roast (I think mine was 3-5lbs)
Place meat in crock pot. Add as many carrots as you would like to have as well as some sliced onion. Pour bottle of barbeque sauce over the meat. I also added about a 1/2 cup or so of water. Turn slow cooker on low heat and cook for 9-10 hours. When you are at the last hour, take the meat out and either cut it up small or pull apart with forks and put back in to the sauce for the last hour. I served it over mashed potatoes but is also really good on buns. Enjoy!
