crockpot french dip
4lb rump roast
1 (10.5oz) can beef broth
1 (10.5oz) can condensed french onion soup (undiluted)
1 (12 oz) can/bottle of beer
6 french rolls
2 T butter/margarine
Trim excess fat from roast, place in crockpot. Add beef broth, onion soup & beer. Cook on low 7hrs.
Preheat oven 350* split french rolls, spread w/ butter. Bake 10 minutes or until heated through. Slice meat on the diagonal, & place on rolls. Serve sauce for dipping.
