Roast beef recipe
I always do my roast in the crock pot or a slow style cooker. I usually use a package of onion soup mix with it. How I change it is using different spices to marinade the meat. You can shove garlic cloves into the meat. You can rub it with a spicy seasoning. Or you can just rub onion and garlic powder into the beef. I spray Pam into the cooker and then sear the beef. It seals the flavor in. Then add the water and onion soup mix. Later I add the carrots and whatever else I want. Everyone has loved the roast. No matter what mood I'm in at the time. It is one of my most requested dishes if company is coming.
