4 chicken breasts (bone-in or boneless, either is fine)
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes (preferably Italian seasoned)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cloves garlic
1 chicken bouillon cube
Trim any fat from the chicken breasts, and remove the skin if it hasn't already been. Season the chicken with Mrs. Dash (if you don't have it, substitute any kind of Italian or herb seasoning, I just like this kind best). Slightly brown the breasts in extra-virgin olive oil, then transfer them to your slow cooker.
Put the diced tomatoes (do not drain them, you want the liquid) and cream of chicken soup in a bowl. Dice the garlic and add it to the mix. Crush the bouillon cube (or substitute a tablespoon of bouillon granules) and stir that in as well. Finally add just a pinch of sugar. If your tomatoes aren't seasoned, you can add onion powder, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, or any other Italian-type seasonings you like.
Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and cook on LOW for about 8 hours.
