Hi ladies! Sorry i have been such a lurker lately...

Been super busy. Got a new job in November, we also moved out of our apartment at last and into our first house.

We've been TTC for a while now but so far no luck. Also turns out my BMI is nearly "obese" by the standard measurements for my height. We've been making an effort to eat better since we can afford to now, and I am looking into joining Bikram Yoga several times a week or so. Any suggestions from you ladies on weight loss that actually has results that dont take what seems like an absolute lifetime?? Hope you ladies all have a wonderful holiday season!!
