LOL that's how I make them!!!! But then, I eat it raw too,so I'm not exactly the authority on "safe" cookie dough practices lol!!!
I think that the packaged cookie doughs are safe to do that with, because they use pasteurized eggs (the same kind that restaraunts have to use for quiche and merengue and such for health reasons) and honestly, it's the microwave... it should kill anything lurking as long as the dough gets warm enough!

I wouldnt do it with cookie dough you mix up yourself
I never thought to make cookies that way, I had to suffer while they cooked in the oven the other day.
