DELISH!!!

The recipe follows:
One package sandwich cream cookies (you are eating Oreo)
One 8oz cream cheese (softened)
One package bark (your choice vanilla or choc)

Crush the cookies in a processor until they are the consistency of coffee grounds. Cut in the cream cheese until it forms a ball. I cut in the cream cheese with a fork and then get my hands in to finish. Refrigerate for a few hours. Use a melon baller to dip a portion of the dough. Roll into balls. Refrigerate the balls once again. Melt the bark in the microwave until smooth, not hot. If the bark is too hot the truffles will fall apart. Dip the balls into the bark and place on a parchment or waxed paper. Let set until bark has hardened. Alternate the color bark and with a fork drizzle the truffles with a different color.

I just had one of these at a party a few weeks ago and thought they were amazing! I'll have to try out this recipe!
