1 3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
3 oz. raisins
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 large egg
1/4 c. milk
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, sugar, and raisins in bowl. Add oil, egg, and milk. Mix to make stiff dough.
3.Place spoonfuls of mixture onto lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Cool cookies on wire racks.
