4-6 lemons, juiced w/ pulp
zest of 1 lemon
zest of 1/2 orange
zest of 1/2 limes
2 cans of condensed milk
vanilla extract to taste
4 eggs, seperated
pie crust (I like graham cracker crust)
brown the crust in oven for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Preheat oven to 400. In a medium bowl mix condensed milk, lemon juice, and zests of all the fruit. Add vanilla extract to your taste. When desired taste is reached add the egg yolks. Pour the mixture into the pan. Mix egg whites with electric mixture on high until foamy and stiff (adding a pinch of sugar and/or cream of tartar will help it get stiff faster). Pour meringue over the pie and cook pie in the oven just until the meringue is brown. Let pie cool and ENJOY.
