I had a hard time finding a recipe that fit my needs (really a lack of ingredients lol), so I made this one up.
They're really yummy and fudgy.
Preheat oven to 350.
5 1/3 TBS (1/3 c) butter, melted
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c cocoa
1/3 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c chocolate chips (I prefer semi sweets)
First, mix the butter, sugar, vanilla and egg. Add to it the flour, cocoa, powder, and salt. Stir until mixed and add the chocolate chips. Spread into bottom of greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 24-29 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
They're a rather thin and gooey brownie. My husband likes them in his lunch, and they're a whole lot cheaper to make than packaged brownies.
