Serving Size: 4
2 1/4 cups ginger ale — chilled
2 cups pineapple sherbet — softened
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Lime slices — (optional)
Combine the first 3 ingredients in blender, and process until smooth. Yield: 4 cups (serving size: 1 cup). Garnish with lime slices, if desired. Serve immediately.
