ingredients...
100g soft marg.
100g sugar. (any)
2 eggs
100g SR flour.
Golden syrup/jam any topping you wish.
Method...
prep.. grease a small glass pudding bowl and add a few tbsp's of your flavouring to the bottom of the bowl.
1. Cream the butter and sugar together.
2. Add both eggs and beat in. Add a Tbsp of flour to stop curdling with each egg (optional)
3. sieve and fold in rest of flour.
4. cover bowl loosely with cling film and microwave pudding on high for 4 1/2 mins. (more if required.)
5. take out turn bowl over on to a plate and eat warm/hot or let it cool and its just as good.
