Sweet Potato Casserole
Filling:
2 large cans yams, drained
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup milk
Topping:
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Mash yams, add other ingredients, whipping while adding. Pour into buttered baking dish. Cover with topping and pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown
