For a long time, we would swap vehicles with BM for the sheer purpose of transporting the kids (df's car was too small to fit us all). Recently, we've changed vehicles and now we don't need to trade with her but now she's refusing to let us use the kids' car seats.
We have appropriate seating for all but the youngest child. He's 29 months and with her is using an Evenflo Triumph. I'm not sure offhand how much he weighs exactly.
Suggestions? Something with a big range and without all kinds of crazy chemicals in the plastic would be great.
