just for a little background my boyfriend and his ex use to have dss on them because of the way the house looked (she never cleaned and he tried but it always got messy) anyways dss has been with her for awhile even when he left her. He is currently in court trying to fight to see his daughter (to which he loves more then anything)..his ex lied and said he sexually touched her (which is NOT true) shes just a crazy lady and is a total liar in everything she says..anyways now that we have our son i was wondering if dss found out would they tell me to not let him near his son? they dont no he has a son yet but since dss is involved in the court would they make him stay away?

I don't think they can do that. Every situation is different and
certainly if you're not on records through DSS, they won't have
any reason to tell you what you can and can not do. Or who you
can or can not allow near your baby. KWIM?

We just found out that a guy that lives down the street is a convicted sex offender and he still has custody of his son. Even though we have called dss on him for beating his little boy in the front yard. So I would think yall should be fine.

That is so sad to hear about the little boy and the sex offender. I don't think dss can say anything about your SO and your son. Is he being investigated for sexually touching his daughter? If so I would tell him to sue her for slander and for false accusement or whatever its called! That's horrible!

Oh and your son is sosososos cute! Enjoy it now they grow up way too quick! Mine is 8mos now and he was Dylan's size just yesterday it seems!
